Hi,
I am Torrence Ho orginally a Software Engineer, I have experiences about Software Project Management, preparing Specification documents for projects such as; drawing UML diagrams, creating functional, non-functional requirements, use-case scenario tables, domain model...etc. I am also ready to solve any Project Management issues such as; dividing whole work into seperated tasks, building WBS, cost estimation depending on human and non-human resources, time estimation depending on tasks, creating time line bar, gantt chart, responsibility matrix, network diagram and finding alternative, critial path.
